How to Create an Old School Dropshadow and Product Reflection

1. Put all your layers into ONE folder [iPod].

2. Make TWO COPIES of that Folder.

 3. Name the folders -- One = Shadow, The other = Reflection

4. MERGE the layers of these folders ~ right click.

Reflection

5. TRANSFORM [ctrl+t] and flip it Vertically.

6. Put a Mask on your reflection, Use a Gradient tool, or a Paint Brush.
*Too make the reflection look real, it must be faded/transparent.

Shadow

7. Ctrl + Click on the outline of your Layer.

8. Edit > Fill > Black.

9. DESELECT and TRANSFORM.

10. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.
*If your shadow is too dark, reduce its opacity.

Organize Layers so your product looks Realistic.
