1. Project > Make a New Label Track
2. To Insert Music : Project > Import Audio
3. Bring your headphones to Mr. Sanger's class..
4. Use the Time Shift Tool to move your music Left or Right on the timeline. [ Bench Press Tool. :D ]
5. Use the I-Beam Tool / Selection Tool to add effects to parts of the song.
6. Use the Envelope Tool to make points in the song where you can expand or contract.
7. Use the Drawing Tool to change the shapes of the wave form.
8. Use the Multi-Tool to use a variety of tools at a time [ looks like '*' ]

How to Create an Old School Dropshadow and Product Reflection
1. Put all your layers into ONE folder [iPod].
2. Make TWO COPIES of that Folder.
3. Name the folders -- One = Shadow, The other = Reflection
4. MERGE the layers of these folders ~ right click.
Reflection
5. TRANSFORM [ctrl+t] and flip it Vertically.
6. Put a Mask on your reflection, Use a Gradient tool, or a Paint Brush.
*Too make the reflection look real, it must be faded/transparent.
Shadow
7. Ctrl + Click on the outline of your Layer.
8. Edit > Fill > Black.
9. DESELECT and TRANSFORM.
10. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.
*If your shadow is too dark, reduce its opacity.
Organize Layers so your product looks Realistic.

1. Hierarchy = Organizing things from Most Important to Least Important.
2. Focal/Focus Point = The Strongest, most Engaging element in a design.
3. Eye Path = A Strong composition that can lead the viewer's eye through a design.
4. Proportion = The size of elements, Relative to one another.
5. Visual Weight = The Lightness or Darkness of a colour.
6. Type as a Visual Element
7. Alignment [GRID] = Using Order/Rhythm to place elements on a page.
*Use these tools to guide your viewer's eye.

Photoshop Note No. 7
To copy an image onto another image = Drag the layer to the image and drop it there.
To transform the shape of an image = CTRL + T
ZOOM OUT if you can't see the handles of your picture.
HOLD DOWN SHIFT when you use Transform.
When you're Done transforming the image, click ENTER.
Shortcut to Adjusting brush sizes
LEFT BRACKET = Smaller
RIGHT BRACKET = Bigger
Square Brackets*
Click once > Click Shift > Click again, and you get a line from one point to the other.
Use Hard Brushes around Sharp-Edged objects
